UPDATE w/GOOD NEWS! just got an email that the corgis were found safe and reunited with their family this morning! thanks to all who helped spread the word and for all who cared!

two days ago, four show dogs were stolen while sleeping in a specially equipped cargo van outside a motel six in belflower, ca. the owner of two akitas is a professional dog handler in the area for the eukaneuba championship dog show. the other two dogs (two purebred corgis) belonged to one of her clients.
the van was recovered today empty and the two akitas were found and turned into the aspca. they have subsequently been reunited with their humans.
the corgis are still missing and are believed to be in the compton area. here are the numbers to contact should anyone see of know the whereabouts of the two corgis.
